Family and Friends Yoga 2010

  • Family/Friends Yoga Sundays

    Family Yoga classes are a unique opportunity to bond through classical yoga poses, guided relaxation, stories, songs, and games.  Gotta friend?  Bring them along!

    Due to class length and structure, Family/Friends Yoga is suitable for adults with children ages 3 and up. 

    Family and FriendsYoga is a collaborative project developed with Tara Scott of Dharma Yoga Arts.

     

    When: Sundays: 1:30 - 2:30 pm

    Location: Center for Yoga, 1780 East Grand River, East Lansing

    Class Fee:  $5 per person

  • Family/Friends Yoga - February 28

    Join Sybil for a special yoga storytelling of The Most Beautiful Heart.  Bring a yoga mat for each participant.

    Cost:  $5 per person

    Time:  1:30 - 2:30 pm

    Place:  Center for Yoga, 1780 E. Grand River, East Lansing

    Be sure to indicate the number of participants attending this session if paying via PayPal.  You may also pay with check or cash upon arrival to class.

As You Are Yoga Refund Policy:

Classes:  Individuals may receive 100% refund for yoga classes if requested by the start of the second week of classes in a scheduled session.

50% refunds will be awarded by the fourth week of  classes in a scheduled session. 

No refunds will be awarded after the fourth week of classes in a scheduled session.

Weekend Workshops:  Workshop fees will be refunded at 100% when requested on or before theTuesday during the week the workshop is scheduled.  Requests must be made by 5:00 pm. No refunds will be awarded after this time.

Refunds will only be awarded from As You Are Yoga for classes and workshops held at Central United Methodist Church and Center for Yoga.  Delta Township Parks and Recreation classes must be refunded through the township office.  The township's refund policies will apply.
