Yoga therapy is based in this belief: If you suffer with a specific condition, all levels of your being are affected - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual - even if you only "feel" the affects in one area. Yoga Therapy does not "cure" any condition and should not be used in the place of traditional therapies and treatments. It is to be used as a complimentary practice to empower the student to begin to take control of their health, healing, and well-being. Classes that fall under this category are: Beat Anxiety Now and Yoga for the Autistic Child. Mild to moderate intensity. Taught by Sybil
